Bike Demos: How does it work?

To start we will have 40% more bikes than we have people to make sure everyone gets to ride as many of the bikes as possible. Each exhibitor will have their fleet ready to go and when you arrive at their booth, they will ask you: What model would you like to try? How tall are you? What size would you like? You hand them your pedals and they will throw them on the bike.

If you aren’t sure about the model, they will ask you a few questions about what type of riding you do, what you are looking for in a bike, and suggest something for you. Then they will whip out a bike for you, adjust it as necessary and off you will go.

All of this should take 15 minutes or so, and sometimes there might be a wait, during which you will be able to ask questions and check out other models. For super popular models at the manufacturer’s request, we may be setting up a reservation system. And Outerbike staff will be available to help and make sure you get to ride your dream bike.
