OUTERBIKE REGISTRATION INFORMATION & POLICIES

Your registration includes admission to the demo event, lunch each day, water and snacks, access to movies, parties and contests, free beer at the venue for the first 2 days and Outerbike swag. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements. You do not need a bike for the demo event, but bring your pedals, helmet, hydration pack and bike clothing. Please review our registration policies below before signing up.

Cancellation Policy

Outerbike is rain or shine event. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Credits, good for one year for admission to another Outerbike event, are available if you notify us at least one week prior to the event start date.

Within one week of the event start date, transfers and credits are not available.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Since our team will be working rain or shine, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your Outerbike investment. We recommend CSA TravelProtection, www.csatravelpro.com (use code 82945124). No one ever plans NOT to come, and anything could happen…even to you!  We hate saying "Sorry, we cannot refund your money" when an attendee has to cancel and did not purchase travel insurance.

Weather Policy

Outerbike is a rain or shine event. We cannot control the weather. No refunds will be issued due to weather. We do stand behind all of our exhibitors and if they choose not to send out their bikes due to trail conditions. We also work with the local trail organizations to determine which trails are appropriate to ride in inclement weather.

Group Registrations

Group discounts are available. Groups of 6 or more can take advantage of this by contacting us for a group discount code. 

Substitution Policy  

You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in writing no later than one week before the event you are registered for. Your request must include your name and email address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place. Once we receive this information, a confirmation email will be sent to the new person.

We may photograph or videotape attendees and exhibitors for use in online or printed promotions. By virtue of your attendance, you grant us the right to take such photos or videos and to use your likeness in these materials. 

With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
